Claire Sutherland has nearly 20 years experience gained
in premium products and services in an international
business to business context. Her career has
incorporated marketing, service quality, customer and
employee satisfaction and retention programmes,
organisational change and business improvement in both
the public and private sector, with organisations such
as Denby Pottery, Alcatel Telecom, Warwick Castle and
Severn Trent Water.
Following an MBA from Aston University, Claire went on
to study Positive Psychology (also at Aston) and uses
techniques and materials from the schools of
organisational behaviour and cognitive behavioural
therapy. She is also a qualified executive coach and NLP
practitioner.
