Martin Galpin

Martin is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Director of Work Positive Ltd, a consultancy business he established in early 2006. His main work-based interests lie in employee engagement, management development and coaching.

Martin has significant experience in occupational psychology, having been part of the management team at Pearn Kandola, one of the UK’s leading occupational psychology practices. His experience spans a broad range of clients and projects, having worked with both private and public sectors to deliver leading edge solutions in development, diversity and assessment. Going forward, Martin is looking to combine his focus on client priorities with his experience of research and development, to develop new ways to unlock the benefits of positive psychology in the workplace.

Martin holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Wales, Swansea, an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff University, and is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with the British Psychological Society.
